On this page I have given you a quick, easy and cheap way to boost yourself and look good too.
Make your own natural products for your face, body and hair from the fridge, cupboards and garden.
Go on pamper yourself, you deserve it, you are important !! It's so simple, wonderful and you'll smell delicious !!

Mix and match......
Please use all products you've made on the same day.
Face
Strawberry Cleanser - brighten up dull skin
Mash 2oz strawberries
1/2 pink semi-skimmed milk
Strain through a sieve and use cotton wool balls to smooth over face. Wipe skin clean with clean cotton wool.
Banana Face Pack - Soothing for dry skin
Natural Yogurt
2tbsp runny honey
Banana
Mash together and apply to the face and neck, leave for 10 minutes, rinse.
Mayo Moisturising Mask - Moisturising
2tbsp full fat Mayo
1tsp baby oil
Spread onto face and neck (and rough elbows and knees if desired) leave for 20 minutes, rinse.
Lemon and Honey Cleansing Scrub - Dead skin
Juice of a lemon
2tbsp finely ground almonds
1tbsp runny honey
(optional, to add oatmeal)
Mix together, scrub neck and face gently, leave for 5 minutes, rinse
Anti-Ageing Facial - Look younger
1/2 small tub double cream
Banana
Vitamin E capsule (pierce with a pin)
Mix up well, apply to face and neck, leave 10-15 minute, rinse
Oatmeal, yogurt and geranium mask
2tsp oatmeal
3tsp yogurt
3 drops geranium oil
Mix, apply to face and neck, leave 15 minutes, rinse
Camomile Toner
Hot water
3 drops Camomile oil
Apply over face and neck, with cotton wool (best after oatmeal, yogurt and geranium mask)
Geranium and grapefruit face blend
4tsp carrier oil (see below, for you skin type)
2 drops geranium oil
4 drops grapefruit oil
Mix, apply to face, leave to soak in.
Geranium or Rose jojoba balm
4tsp jojba oil
4 Geranium or Rose oil
Apply to face at night.... zzzzz
Body Scrubs/Masks/Moisturising
Fruit salad tingling body mask - Softening and exfoliating
2 slices of pineapple
1/2 honeydrew melon
12 green grapes
Banana
1 kiwi
Use a blender, mix until the mixture is fairly lumpy. Refrigerate for 1 hr. Apply to body and/or face, leave for 1/2, rinse.
Grapefruit and sea salt body scrub - exfoliating and detoxing
3tbs salt6 drops grapefruit oil
Beautiful to do this in the bath, scrub over body, then lay and relax in the salt and oil bath for 20 minutes.
Marjoram, Rosemary and Milk blend
Handful of both plants, washed and cut
2tbs dead sea salt
6tbs full cream milk
3 drops lavender
Add all to the bath, lay back and relax... bliss
If your lucky enough to have someone to massage either of the below mixtures into your skin, please do so.
Ylang ylang, lemon and grapefruit, jojoba body blend
4tsp joboba oil
3 drops ylang ylang oil
3 drops grapefruit oil
3 drops lemon oil
Apply to body, lay down, let it soak in. Perfect opportunity to read that book/magazine, meditate or just have a nap!
Lavender and ylang ylang aromatherapy blend
4tsp carrier oil (see below for you skin)
3 drops lavender oil
2 ylang ylang oil

Hair Packs
Avocado Hair Masque - Tired hair back to life
Flash of 1 avocado
2tsp runny honey
Mash together, massage into hair, leave for 20-25 minutes, wash as usual.
Caradamom hot oil
2tsp joboba oil
6 drops caradamom oil
Large bowl of hot water (in a heatproof bowl)
Medium bowl
Place oils in the medium bowl, place in the large bowl of hot water. Leave for 5-10 minutes, scoop warm oil into hands, and work through hair and scalp. Wrap hair in cling film, leave for 15-20 minutes. Rinse and wash as normal, hair will feel and smell wonderful!
Ylang ylang, lemon and grapefruit, jojoba for hair
4tsp joboba oil
3 drops ylang ylang oil
3 drops grapefruit oil
3 drops lemon oil
Wrap hair with a towel, then relax for 15 minutes. Hair will start to tingle and feel warm. Unwrap, work a good shampoo into hair, (DO NOT PUT WATER INTO HAIR, otherwise it'll be hard to get the oil out) make a rich lather, and then rinse well.
Hands
Sugar and lemon exfoliating scrub
Sugar
Rind 1 lemon
1tbs lemon juice
Apricot kernel oil
Mix together into a bowl, work gently into hands and fingers, wipe off excess with a damp paper towl.
Ylang ylang warm oil hand soak
Hot water in a large bowl
4tsp apricot kernel oil
4 drops ylang ylang oil
Into a medium bowl mix the oils, place in the hot water bowl, leave for 5 minutes. Lift out medium bowl with oils and place hands in the warm oil for 5 minutes, gently working and massage into hands. Wipe excess off with paper towel. If you want to use for another pair of hands, just warm as you first did.
Ylang Ylang and Lavender massage blend
4tsp apricot kernel oil
3 drops ylang ylang oil
7 drops lavender oil
Mix in a bowl and massage over hands.
Feet
Olive oil and lavender foot scrub
Olive oil
salt
10 drops of lavender
Blend oils and salt, scrub over feet, after each foot place into a foot spa or a bowl of hot water (if you have a lavender plant, cut and wash a handful, place in the foot bowl). After the scrub, sit back relax and chill!
Lemon and lavender foot blend
Olive oil
2 drops lemon oil
2 drops lavender oil
Blend oils together and massage into feet, for 5-10 minutes. Put some warm comfy socks on.
