Reflexology

Reflexology is an holistic complementary therapy, working on either the feet or hands.  The purpose is to treat the whole person, rather than the symptom, eg, a pain or skin rash is usually a sign of an internal problem, rather than an external problem.  Eliminating the symptom without solving the problem that has caused it, is like trying to cure measles by painting over the spots!

Reflexology is a wonderfully relaxing and healing system that is increasing in our culture.  This is because in today's society we are faced with increasing levels of stress, mentally, emotionally and physically.  Reflexology induces a deep relaxation on the body, which in turn decreases the stress on our physical body's organs and system and allows us to heal at our own pace whilst restoring balance both emotionally and physically.  

As with all my therapies I will use Eve Taylor Natural products where I can.  You will be in a relaxing atmosphere with candles, aromatherapy oils and beautiful music.

Before I start working with a new client I will always carry out a consultation in the first session. Please allow an extra 15 minutes for this.

Reflexology on the feet

I will give your feet a foot bath in a some beautiful handmade products, to suit for lifestyle.  Then I will use my homemade products to massage on your feet, whilst working on the foot as a whole, I will also spend more time on areas I feel need more attention. (eg, back, neck etc)

Reflexology on the hands

Some people are very sensitive regarding their feet, but also like the thought of having a massage to heal their organs.  I therefore devised a beautiful relaxing massage for your hands, that will do exactly the same reflexology on the feet. 

I will give your hands a lovely hand bath with some homemade products.  Then I will use my homemade products to give you a relaxing hands and arms massage.
